Recently, we have again discovered that some criminals have fraudulently used the names, trademarks and brands of JMC Capital Group Limited and/or its subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to as "JMC", "we", "us" or "our"), including "JMC", "JMC Capital", etc., to forge corporate promotional videos/articles on the WhatsApp public group, and were involved in illegal fundraising, online fraud, false product promotion, etc.

Hereby, we solemnly declare that our company has never entered a brand sharing cooperation with any company, institution or individual to publish corporate promotional videos/articles/investment ideas on the WhatsApp public platform, nor has we provided authorization or recognition services for the brand use of "JMC" and "JMC Capital". Please be aware that we are not affiliated with these fake corporate posters/videos/articles, and we strongly recommend that you do not share any personal or financial information through them or engage in any transactions with them. Any fake online platforms, online groups and Internet platforms that are not officially verified by JMC accounts and remarks are illegal. We have filed an infringement complaint and may take legal measures against the above-mentioned illegal acts.

Only representatives who are duly licensed and authorised by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) will engage with you on behalf of the Company. The Company does not conduct investment discussions, solicitation, or provide advice through unofficial channels such as WhatsApp groups, personal messaging platforms, or unknown phone numbers. If you are approached by anyone claiming to represent us outside our official communication channels, please treat it as suspicious and contact us immediately for verification.
